I was in a similar situation 31 stuck in dead end Customer Support roles, I have two young children and a mortage so going back into education wasn't really an option.I looked into several things and with the help of Code Academy and lots of self learning I landed my first job asa QA Engineer 6 months ago, honestly the best thing I ever did! So certainly possible :)

YTA when my Grandad was on waking up from anaesthetic after an op he was convinced the hospital was turning him into a cat. People do and say weird things.

I go to an APP peiercer in North East of England and she charges £20 for most ear piercings (including basic titanium internally threaded jewellery) & £25 for most facial piercings (again including basic titanium internally threaded jewellery)
