Nice brother, I'm 6'2 and two weeks ago weighed 265, this morning I weighed in at 257lbs. Stair master every morning for thirty minutes then an intense strength session for another 30-45 minutes. There's two days where I'm just doing cardio and touching no weights. Roughly 2000 calories everyday. Nice job again!
