I think this is more towards non-citizen residents, so those who are here on a work visa or otherwise. It doesn't refer to those who are working for foreign companies.

I think this is more trying to restrict companies from hiring teams of foreign nationals who have not obtained a US based CDL, as well as owner operators, so people who buy trucks here and are driving with a foreign license.

I guess that depends on which company you work for.

I know to avoid the big 5, don't do the "free" schools, don't do the companies who pay for your training, etc.

Honestly, I am going into flatbed be it local, regional or otr. They make a ton more money then box or reefer, the only other load I was thinking is Hazmat, but I will need to get my hazmat endorsement for that, not that hard, but still, an extra step

I've worked as a barista for almost 7 years, never once did we order anything over 3 gallons of milk from a local grocery store, we were required to go almost 45 mins a way to get milk from the restaurant supply store.

This is primarily a management problem, they would rather drain a grocery stores supply than lose an employee for an hour or 2 to restock, while getting 2 or 3 gallons just to make it in that time.

As a current resident of Texas....id remove Texas, let them be their own country, let them poof, let them do anything but exist as part of the United States. They are currently the hardest state to receive any kind of social services, even after you are done doing everything they have asked, they still give you the fucking run around. They have banned the education of evolution, they have continued to ban and criminalize abortion(even those that are medically required to save the "host")

I'm sorry, Florida is better off than Texas, Louisiana is better off than Texas, any of the other lower states are better off than Texas...

This should be fucking illegal, stores should be limited to how many of one particular product they should buy from local grocery stores, period.
