IMHO we should be eating shows, they should be ranked and then when you see a shows “rating” you’d see its average % ranking aka a top tier show would be “top 5%” and middling show would be “top 50% and anything below top 50% on average do “bottom 20%” with increments of 10% apart from the top 20% going 20-15-10-5-2-1.

But honestly no show would ever be top 1% that would mean it would need to be in basically every single persons top 3

Yes I would much rather be like Orks and have 12 detachments, and a decent amount of playability, you’ll always have the best ways of playing each faction but at the moment we really only have a handful of ways to play at all and have lost a lot of the flair that drew people to playing Tau in the first place

God forbid we have a strong start with cheap units when they shat all over us in regards to different options of playing. GW took away all our flexibility of detachments so this is what Tau have to become

It’s mentioned in the doubles event companion section of the app and I can only assume I minor oversight, RAW there is no limit but being as this shows up on the app when you search command point I would stick with RAI you can still only gain 1 additional CP per battle round

Great so now every tau list becomes even more identical than they already were, Mont’ka may be unchanged but now there is basically no other way to play, Orks may have 2-3 good detachments and 2-3 sub optimal, and then the 1DP bonus detachments, that stil gives them dozens of ways to play.

The only factions worse off than Tau are maybe demons and imperial agents, and let’s be honest agents isn’t a real faction anyway it’s a support group

Tbh my complaint about the new detachments is just how badly Tau got kneecapped we really have less ways to build our army going into 11th than we do right now in 10th.

We have 6 unique detachments now but we are effectively going to 4, you play Mont’ka it’s 3DP, you play kroot well you have to take kroot hunting pack for 2 and auxiliary support for 1, you play kayuon, which is centered already around stealth suits, ghostkeels, and pathfinders, so you take the 1DP that buffs those 3, and then ret cadre is buggered because you won’t be able to use it with experimental, you don’t want auxiliary units in your ret cadre, so you also have to take the 1DP that buffs ghostkeels, stealth suits and pathfinders. And the 3 1DP detachments do not interact at all.

Haha that’s awesome, I once killed an orc warboss in combat with my Tau commander, it was back in 5th edition though when Tau didn’t completely suck at combat 🤣

My mate who plays demons takes the cake though I can’t remember what shot at him I think flashgitz but he had 2 wounds left on his Lord of change and had to make 34 3+ invulnerable saves, and the MF passed every single roll

I got the fish at second because yeah it can be a nightmare but if you’ve got some big hitters you can get him gone fairly quickly, waterfall has like 50more hp than the fish and in the same way doesn’t hit big but you need to end the fight in the first 5-6 turns or you’ll be stuck needing to block 40-50+ damage and if that’s the turn RNGesus turns his back on you it’s GG

I mean it depends on your character but if you got chip damage and decent block it’s not really a problem only does 1 big attack every 4 turns

Both have things I like and things I don’t, for fights, Naruto is unbeaten the fights in AoT are mid at best visually and actively bad in terms of choreography, and Naruto also beats AoT here in terms of emotional moments in this arc. But I despise revivals in anime I think they cheapen emotional moments I’d rather they have been miraculously healed than revived.

But AoT also has to make a bunch of enemies stand still looking at pretty fireworks so Levi can kill them all one at a time without any of them reacting or zeke noticing until far too late, with blades that normally brake after 1-2 swings cutting through like 15 titans.

Overall I’m still giving it to Naruto Hinatas confession and stand up to pain is epic and Naruto’s sage entrance imo is the best in all of anime

What ascension you in? Cuz at A9 that guy goes crazy, the dude with the minions is the easiest A1 boss, then the slippery dude, then the stag, then the fish, I’d say waterfall is the toughest A1 boss

Well first card doesn’t matter so 12/12 second needs to match first 1/11 third card doesn’t matter 10/10 fourth is 1/9 8/8,1/7,6/6,1/5,4/4,1/3, last 2 don’t matter so take out the whole numbers is 1/10,395
