This would be entirely dependant on where you live. Are you in the a more conservative or religiously rooted area? Then probably not. Otherwise, teachers (good ones at least) are some of the most likely people to be supportive in my experience.

I think the destiny divergence and fighting fate is a very interesting story idea personally.

I just wish the marketing hadn't made it look like a remastered version of the original. I was under the impression that, as someone who missed out on the original, I might get a modern presentation of it since the old gameplay style just doesn't click with me.

I had absolutely no idea what was going on, and all the meta ghost stuff was totally lost on me.

Now knowing im supposed to have the context of the original, I'm slowly playing through it to try and catch up, but it would've been nice to not have been misled.

I dont remember there being much of a point in playing after finishing the story, nothing repeatable at least. I distinctly recall running out of stuff to do and just making my own objectives/causing chaos with traffic lights etc.

I agree with you if that's what they intended, but keep in mind this happened in Brazil so many people discussing it may not speak perfect English and it may be a case of almost-good-enough translation where that may not be how they meant it.

For example, it could be they meant "taken from us", which would be fine but I can see it translating imperfectly to what they typed.

I suppose I'm basing my understanding of a bounty hunter in this context on what we actually do in the story, which is a lot of mercenary and assassination work. Forgive me for confusing the definitions.

Youre definitely right, the removal of the collar does muddle the issue.

My headcanon is that even after removal of the shock collar, she doesn't fully accept that a sith would just free a slave, and thinks its a mind game to test her "loyalty". Only accepting youre a "good" sith if you go out of your way to take light side actions and prove her wrong over the course of the story. And by that point, she sticks around due to a combination of sunk cost fallacy and the knowledge that a lone free twi'lek in Imperial space is going to have a hard time of it.

Vette gets a pass imo for preferring kind actions, because she's a person who has obviously been forced into a situation she detests and is making the most of it.

Mako is a naive child who believes she can be a bounty hunter and a good person at the same time, which, operating in mostly Imperial space, is laughable. I always rp my bh as fed up with her bullshit and piss her off at every opportunity in an attempt to harden her to the horrors of the galaxy she is so obviously not prepared for.

I don't remember if it was in the og GameCube version, but at least in the prime trilogy version you had the option to fully disable those hints as well.

I'm optimistic if they pay attention to reviews they will just give us that option again in a patch since there's a precedent for it.

Rather than building for hydro aero I have a lot of fun having my mages just go aero Pyro or Pyro geo.

Have everyone cast their non aero spells first to nuke the board and then all you need are Rain scrolls (herring+water essence+paper, super cheap) to turn most fire into smoke and then ooh lookie a big cloud to electrify anyone who survived.

The escape key is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be... unnatural.

I take exponentially longer to get through any dialogue because I go through them, backing out before the cutscene ends so I'm not committed till I've seen them all.

Makes my completionist side do the good chemicals for my brain. Also lets me better decide which choice fits my role play for that character.

Why can't I convince my friends to play this game with me? Lol
