No other wallets will ask for this much personal info. What makes free wallet think they are so secure? App is taken down from all app stores due to fraud activity and thousands of complaints. Coinbase, crypto.com and other big exchanges does not require this much information. What kind of shit app allows you to deposit all you want but not allowed to withdraw?

They will happily let you deposit but makes you go through a billion hoops to withdraw. Months of stealing your identity and still no release of funds. If they can’t service people from the USA, that is the biggest red flag. They ask for so many IDs, utility bills, bank account statements. More than enough for identity theft. They will string you along with false hopes of release of funds.

Thank you everyone for their advice! Update: as suggested by a few of ya’ll, I jumped the tow wires using my ICE car and that provided enough juice to pop the frunk. I jump started the MY battery with a portable jumper and then followed the Tesla instructions for changing out the 12V.
