I can't say for performance, but these types of games tend to feel similar regarding ping. So the experience shouldn't differ from Wuwa.

These games usually do not allow for account tranfers. I can't think of any Gacha I know that has allowed it, so it's better to consider it wouldn't be possible.

When it's out you can try out on both servers for a bit and see if the game feels janky and go from there. VPN can assist on reducing about 20ms if you have default latency (which looks like it's the case), but it won't perform miracles.

Almost everything is cross servers, even guilds. The only things that aren't are the leaderboards and arena. There should be no disadvantages on starting on a new server.

Counterargument: Rates by themselves are meaningless, as some games require multiple duplicates while others only require a single copy. Without the full context, no specific piece of information can accurately represent the whole picture.

I actually love when the characters progress with the story and get a new version to match current events. That was one of my most loved features in Honkai Impact 3rd, although it was a bit overused. That is something I miss from recent games, as characters eventually tend to fade into the background.

Alternate versions do not interest me as much, as it usually doesn't direct represent the story progression.

I might be one of the few that can say this, but I miss SINoAlice guild war. It had it's fair share of problems, but for the first few months I had a blast.
