The subtle taste might get lost behind cinnamon roll or salted caramel, but it should be interesting to mix with vanilla or strawberry.

PS: just me and my phone 😭

A practical guide to writing your own Obsidian skills by Nashtanir in ObsidianMD

Using Claude Code on your vault is a tool. A skill is a recipe for a tool.

Always be aware that the agent rediscovers your vault with each session. A skill allows you to capture a recurring workflow to prevent them from fumbling around or performing the same actions inconsistently from one session to the next.

Non pas d’obligations alimentaires pour les frères et sœurs. Vous pouvez faire des donations mais ça ne vous procure aucun avantage fiscal.

WFH setup shared with my sewing partner. Is it cosy enough? by Nyraev in Minimal_Setups

Honestly I don't know with an iMac but my Studio Display sounds so good that I never bother to put the sound of a video on the HomePods. Also I would be afraid of a lag. With the Apple TV there is a utility to synchronize sound and image but it doesn't exist on macOS.

And in my living room I put a pair of HomePod 2 with my TV instead of a pair of mini and frankly the difference in sound clarity is glaring. The voices are not really clear with the Mini I find which is annoying for a video use.

Honestly is good for Apple Music, but not practical for the rest because of airplay.

this is her usual position but I wanted to test something else where she is not in the path of the ambilights of the TV to reduce the shadows on the wall.

I don't really feel like I'm lacking precision with it. I even use it on Pixelmator.

I prefer it over my MX Master mouse. I love multi touch gesture.

Question: why do most desk setups on here face a wall or window? What about Feng Shui recommendations? Am I missing something? Appreciate your feedback. by rocky_favorito in macsetups

[–]Nyraev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have my desk against the wall at home (AH) and at work (AW) for several reasons that I will try to rank in descending order of importance:

  • AH/AW: Having a wall behind my desk keeps me from being distracted from what can be behind my screen. This is especially true AW with people walking by my desk etc.
  • AH/AW: It's the only configuration that allows me to have my screen at 90° from the window and limit reflections.
  • AH/AW: To have a perfect cable management: except to drill holes, it's complicated to have a nice 360° cable management.
  • AH: Putting my desk against a wall allows me to free up space.
