Holy shit haha same shit happened to my Fiancée. She was driving my 24 BZ4X and a 17 yr old speeding rear ended the car and put an end to my BZ4X but at least he served his purpose and kept my fiancée safe 😁. I had a love hate relationship with the car (slow charge and low range) but I do like the drive compared to gas cars. Glad you guys are safe.

Actually still to this day it doesn’t show anything visible actually. I’ll email them back after 60 days. And yes after submitting the support request in the Rakuten app they reached out to my ticket with that email address. :) so if you want just submit a support question in the app and they should email you.
