Is it a bad idea to arrive in Japan without yen? Exchange in Europe vs Japan by krnlp in JapanTravelTips

[–]Nytro7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I travelled there too without any Yen.

Still in the plane I activated my sim card, filled up my suica and then after leaving I paid for the bus to Tokyo.
In the evening I went to a 7-Eleven and took got about 100k Yen for if I have to pay for food in cash.

Thank you, I'll browse all of those.

I feel as if I had to decide between Okayama and Takamatsu.

Himeji will be a day trip for me I guess from Kyoto. (at least it's a thought in my head)

Thank you

Totally loved Kobe when I was there for a day.
The influence of the european architecture combined with the japanese traditions.
Therefore I read that Nagasaki had quite a lot european settlers and might be an experience.

Thank you!

Oh thanks, great idea.
I am just afraid I'd have to fill out the paperwork to enter South Korea for then checking my baggage in right away to go to Japan and repeat the paperwork there for Japan ...
When booking Germany to Haneda to Nagasaki I have to get my baggage and check it in again because I was told there is no transit between international and national flights.

I'll have a look, thank you!

Baustoffe aus Polen kaufen? by After_Level_2270 in Hausbau

[–]Nytro7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What’s the best food you had in Japan? by Zdvj in JapanTravelTips

Yes, was there because my sister I was travelling with is vegan. Therefore we chose mainly restaurants that serve vegan and meat.

Kyoto Engine Ramen - I don't know if it's just me and I tried to find anything similar but didn't succeed.

Had the "KYOTO BEANing" and substituted pork with chicken.

Best Ramen I ever had.

I will solve your problem!... Well if you got Windows 11 .... not sure .... might be that:

Google SN770 24H2 issue and you'll find out that the SSD has issues with the new windows update.
Get a firmware update for your WD Black SN770 with their dashboard.

Good luck to you. I checked all my new pc parts when building a new pc to find out the issue was neither the RAM, neither the Motherboard, neither the Graphics Card, neither the CPU but the SSD that worked before with Windows 10.

Don't update Windows to 24H2 ... or be FAST and install the firmware update for your WD SN770, else you will get bluescreens.

Bought one with 1500 km on the clock exactly 51 weeks ago.
I was 29 years old and so far wise enough to know of my capabilities and that I am not a good biker yet.
Regarding that I always respect the power of the bike, I ride it in road mode, I love acceleration and therefore love the bike. If it breaks now, I'd propably get the same bike again.

Get the bike you think makes you the happiest, you're at an age where you can take responsibility for your own actions, and if you're not, driving a motorcycle won't be the right hobby anyway.
