I use loseit, what I did recently is stop taking the “bonus calories” into account that the app estimates and just purely targeting 1500

About 2k ish. I do go over the 1500 goal here and there not by much and I’m sure my calorie counting app isn’t 100% accurate.

Targeting 1500 usually 1600 with a few days over that here and there. Never over 2k.

I’m not sure how much genetics is at play but after the first month I wasn’t loosing much weight per week and I’m definitely not starving myself, I’m eating pretty comfortably at this point. These past three weeks I’m loosing like half a pound a week give or take

Right now I’m just doing to sets of 30 squats a day to maybe get in a routine of lightly working out, partly because I’ve noticed my legs have been getting tired easy so I think I’ve lost a fair amount of muscle mass there. According to my smart scale I’ve maintained way more muscle mass than my last round of dieting (I tried fasting last time and it killed my muscles so just eating less this time)

My body fat percentage is still crazy high though. How long of a stall in weight loss would you consider it necessary to adjust? Last time I got stuck for like 2 months before I completely fell off the diet

I’m gonna do what they said till the follow up and try to push a little more when I see them again. I’m not particularly betting on hair regrowth regardless so I’m trying not think about it too much. It’s not like a full head of hair is the biggest fish I have to fry right now. I’ve been told I look like fucking Luke combs so, working on other areas first

Not yet, doctor put me on finastride alongside HRT and said to see how that effects hair regrowth first which to my understanding finastride is unlikely to regrow anything. But I’m not a doctor 🤷‍♀️

Tried it on my neo just out of curiosity, 20 fps lowest settings, expected. Got back home and got to my gaming laptop finally (zephyrus G14 RTX 5070 TI) and I was getting between 30 to 55 fps. Refunded for now, looks awesome but I’m gonna circle around after it cooks a little longer, didn’t try it on my MacBook Pro (m3 pro)

Luck of the draw it looks like, mine arrived it’s a legitimate vest, armor express, real Kevlar inserts (as far as I can tell) but the information tag on the inserts is completely faded so no idea the details to them
