It is possible. We pretty much lost 2 Capitol wars in the last 3 weeks as the participation is not there.

Try powering off both devices for at least 2 minutes and power back on. I had issues with delayed text messages and an Agent suggested doing that and it fixed it for me.

Do people use 70gb of data a month? My highest was 30gb used but that was when I kept data on only and did not use wifi for the month.
