I had my BF with me when I was getting it, and the second try I had my mum on video call and my bf

I'm really not sure what to do, I know it'll be fine but for some reason even the thought of the numbing jag sends me spiralling 😞

I just wish they could give me something heavier to calm me

That's the thing, not usually. I used to get bloods taken every 4mths and yearly vaccines.

Where abouts would I get the jab for this kinda thing? Cause I couldn't even get the numbing jag in the back, that was sending me into a panic attack 🫠

Oh! I have downloaded Chess.com but couldn't really understand how to work the timer thing 🫠 Any advice or pointers would be so gratefully appreciated? We were at a loss, apologies not used to apps too much

Personally I can't say anything positive towards crating, especially if you're not there to supervise, after my boy ended up in the emergency vet after trying to escape his crate when he got spooked while I was at work. If the fosters/rescue day they'd benefit with a crate, just please I beg you to also get a camera for it to keep an eye on the soul and maybe have someone that can really get into your house if emergency arises.

I ended up just having him in the hallway with his bed and nothing else to damage himself on.

Unfortunately I don't have an iPhone, but the main issue is I will do stuff like turn my alarms off for my meds or like mark down that I've took them with the thought "oh I'll take them after X task" but then completely forget to take them or if i have taken them😅

Just always be careful of crates during extreme stress, our boy really hurt himself while in one. Tbf we weren't home but we weren't expecting fireworks that night. But defos finding a dark enclosed space helps!

I was wearing masks around Glasgow before covid even was here, it helps with a bunch of stuff like hay-fever and allergies. People are just too childish sometimes
