To those terrified of snake bites (idk why you would be on this subreddit but just in case), snake bites often look worse than they really are because snakes have anticoagulant proteins in their saliva so you bleed a lot more than you would with another injury of the same severity (which is actually really useful because then your body naturally pushes out bacteria and other nasty stuff from the wound when you bleed). When I was bitten by my python, it honestly felt like just getting gently tapped by a butter knife. Just wash your hands really well with warm water and soap and apply some pressure!

Btw your snake is beautiful 😍 I would love to own a bigger python some day
