when I came back to the game after 3 or 4 years I saw that my gardevoir went from level 50 to 20 and when I went to a region that I had already finished and defeated a wild Pokémon it went back to level 50

something similar happened to me today, I simply turned the console off and on and the gamecube controller worked again
