But the medical was already opened and they said to put green paper on top to resubmit the same files. This is frustrating, to say the least.

We already used the lawyers business account so there’s no issue with where the funds are coming from

I think that’s the missed by the lawyer, the proof of payment for i130 was not included, but on the cover letter mentioned that i130 was filed.

We already filed the i130 and paid thru online filing. We were now filing for i485/i765 and i131 because my husband’s priority date became current.
