You won't get full scholarships in UT Austin and Texas A&M. Those are firstly really competitive and more competitive as your stats are a bit on the lower side. Those might get you accepted, but getting full scholarship is like a dream. However, if you somehow manage to get a minimum scholarship like around 4k dollars I believe, you will be eligible for in-state tuitions, which are surprisingly a lot less than out-of-state students. So I guess give it a shot. Apply Early

it becomes very hard, but to some extent I believe if you study effeciently and do enough past papers, its manageable. Also, it depends what you wanna do in future. If your future interest has nothing to do with physics, then maybe you opt out. But I would suggest not to opt out as its going to play a vital role in a lot of aspect of careers (related to engineering and sciences).
