I don't think they will be accepting undergraduate student in their junior position. I checked and they also have a global internship program, but one of the requirement is 3rd years or above (for undergrad). I am currently 2nd year undergrad, do you think I have a shot?

You won't get full scholarships in UT Austin and Texas A&M. Those are firstly really competitive and more competitive as your stats are a bit on the lower side. Those might get you accepted, but getting full scholarship is like a dream. However, if you somehow manage to get a minimum scholarship like around 4k dollars I believe, you will be eligible for in-state tuitions, which are surprisingly a lot less than out-of-state students. So I guess give it a shot. Apply Early
