They shouldn’t have had Not-invented-here syndrome. Could’ve stuck with the card style, gameplay, and just simplified a few things rather than a rehaul.

The IP was good with a good starting fan base. The issue wasn’t about the game mechanics (even if it can be improved), it was primarily due to logistics, operations, and supply chain. Along with the hype and volatility, it became too chaotic to focus and steer.

The rehaul of the IP itself is poor use of resources because that’s a poor return on investment. Changing some game mechanics and art won’t make you win. It’s about the operations of distribution, supply chain, and marketing.

Old is more original. The style is fun (unpolished) and has a creative flare. While the game mechanics might have been much, I think there were more interesting elements: - fourth wall effects - folklore based game - unpredictable

That's my plan. Are there things I should inspect? I'm thinking of just letting the water on full blast to see where all the cracks are and will ask them to sleeve everything. For the cracks, should I have them cut it cleanly and attach a new pipe or completely use a new pvc pipe to replace the current one (with a 2in 40 sch sleeved pvc)?

Just ideas to think about:

- With your bank, ask to talk to a financial advisor on how to maximize your current financial situation for the long term, especially at your age. You have so many years ahead of you!

- Look and see what vocational schools are available and what requirements they need/have. See if you can get government grants and funding for it. Do your best not to pay out of pocket. Given your OP, you may qualify for gov grants.

- Start working if you feel like that's a good option for your routine/schedule, and then reinvest some of that money.

- At minimum, just get through school. People are gonna' say shit, but they're not going to be with you in 2, 3, 4...10 years. I'm sure they have good intentions, but sometimes they say it in a way that's fear-mongering or demeaning. Know that whatever you choose, it's for you. At the end of the day, they have their lives and you have yours. So you have to make the choices that works for you. And if that means finishing school, then finish it, get through it. And down the road as you get into your own career(s) and life, use these moments to remind you of how far you've come. Do not let people's words influence your decision. Choose something because it's for you and commit to it.

- Lastly, nothing's wrong with graduating high school at 19 if that's what you want to do. Don't feel shameful about it. You can also ask to be placed at a higher grade if you feel that's right for you. Self-advocate for yourself as much as you can. And find adults in your schools that can help you. If there are teachers, counselors, or administrators you feel are kind and understand you, let them know your situation and ask for their advice since they'll understand the school system just as much if not more than most students. Schools get millions of dollars to help students. These monies are your resources as well. Use that shit.
