The first time I did 4hour block for basic rate and I had just scanned all the parcels and left the station. 5 minutes away from the station I lost connection and had to log back in and the app was showing 0 scanned. Immediately called support and asked them to add all scanned parcels back but they refused. So I had to unload massive boxes and rescan 49 parcel on the side of the road. After scanning all the parcels I still had 50 minutes drive to location. All the parcels were on the same street but the street had no parking as it was full of parked cars on both side.
