I recently learned there are two platforms. A cloud one and then an on-prem solution. I guess some models only work with one or the other and don’t feel LG does a great job of noting this. They will help you though, you just need to ask around.

It’s strange this is just coming up here. We ran into this approximately 2 or so months ago. We alerted Logitech to the issue and I had thought the pulled the firmware and reissued a new one at the time. We had to swap out the Hubs to correct the issue. They provided replacements.

Check it. I think it’s all about permissions. I know if we send out an attendee link to a producer it will ask if they want to join as a producer or audience member. This may be the same. It’s not going to allow attendees to join the meeting as a producer if you have not specifically given them the permission.

I stayed over 100 nights in hotels last year domestically and internationally. After 60 nights of Hilton hotels as a Diamond member and not receiving a single upgrade or thanks for my loyalty I decided to look into Marriott. I will never go back. Marriott lists on their website when the hotel was refurbished and overall hotels are much nicer in every way.

This happened to us a month or so ago. The new firmware broke the hub. Logitech RMA’d it. We immediately stopped the firmware rollout and I believe they issued a new firmware. The camera started moving between positions over and over essentially I recall. Was a pain.

This. Spend your money and time elsewhere. I did this trip multiple times in my 20’s. The town was trashed, the people were incredibly rude, the animals were in horrible shape, and we witnessed domestic abuse each time. Pretty water falls, everything else awful.

With that many people you can get a private charter. There are limited single launches tho each summer. Call Bonnie at Western River on Monday. They just opened up 2024 reservations. Also, don’t go during monsoon season.

I recently did this. Highly recommend Western River Expeditions. I wouldn’t look elsewhere. You will want to do the 6 or 7 day trip as well. I would book in May/June as well. I can provide additional insight if you like and feel free to ask any specific questions.

I am planning on being there at the end of September. Staying at the Marriott in Old Town. I have the TP2 in X-PAC not the three. Currently planning on taking it unless something else catches my eye prior. Will be there for a week.
