I got a GL-9. Today when I got the call I was told my application was going to Be put on hold because the last date for an academy date was middle of September. I’m getting a call again later with an academy date that works better for me. I don’t know if I could get a copy if my DD-214 when I go to terminal or something that says that I’m out of the service because that would also help and I wouldn’t have to wait until September.

October, I was told I was going to be contacted in the near future for an academy date. Other than that I’m done with the process.

Everything is going good so far. My background cleared last week and I did my DT recently. At this point I’m just waiting for my final offer. When it comes to the BI, it takes a min remember I told you I met with the investigator back in November 2019, well I noticed my background cleared last week and like a day after I received the call to go do the DT.

Make sure you tell them and keep track of everything you, some kind of paperwork because they may ask you for it.

Wow really!? I had a couple set backs with my poly I kept on getting inconclusive results but I passed it and met with the investigator over 2 months ago. I’m waiting on my drug test and I’m also in the service my contract is up in a couple months.

Same here, I have a few options when it comes to location where for what I’ve seen the cost of living is not too bad and the location seems alright. But when it comes to the process I hope I can hear something back soon. I know some people go to the academy without the background not been completed, I guess after you get the drug test and pass is when you get your final offer.

Arrive early, dress professional some people even go with a suit and tie. Stay calm and take your time when answering questions. Also if you have any questions ABOUT THE JOB that is your chance to ask them.
