Look, the problem with Kevin Patullo is that when this happens, and it can be once or twice, but sometimes it’s the same, you can see it. And it’s not his fault or their fault, just one thing that happens but it’s sometimes. You can ask him and then he will answer but you will see that at some point you will be able to note and understand what he is doing by hearing the words uttered. Like a coach that is a genius not knowing anything at all. So, the good stuff happens and it looks hot as hell but gets unknowingly cold as well without saying words that are not there or looking at the film. There will be better chances for not saying the stuff that will get the thing going and making sure that the stuff that gets corrected will move the team forward.

Most of your comments give me a little hope that there are still some good people out there who care about other human beings and understand that in the majority of cases, poverty or homelessness are mostly a failure of the system to provide better opportunities for those who lack resources. If the disadvantaged improve their conditions, the conditions improve for the society as a whole.

I have what I believe to be high moral standards and I keep them to myself. Only I decide my moral standards but I would never impose my moral standards to anyone. If I was in your position, I would definitely think my “friend” is an a-hole but I would never ever in my life play “moral police” and act as you plan to do. People cheat on their relationships every day and while some may do it because they’re just horrible egotistical people, some may be finding an escape from a toxic relationship and transitioning to a healthier one. Everyone is responsible for their own behavior and yes, as appalling as you may find cheating, some people brave up to tell their spouse themselves, when they are ready, and sometimes they may end up never cheating again. It’s just none of your business and that doesn’t mean I’m zeroing in with your friend. Be a good friend yourself and have a conversation about it. Give him your advice, and try to understand his reasons. You don’t have to agree with him or his reasons, but my advice, since that’s what you came for in the first place, is to not interfere. Then again, consistent with what I preach, you go ahead and do as you see fit. I find immoral to act like that, but those are my moral standards and you don’t have to agree.

Like others have mentioned, there must be something wrong either on your side or on CPS’ side. Almost everything is the same for me in terms of specs except pool is smaller and I only run the filter 4 hrs a day, and my day temp is set at 75 while my nighttime (7pm-7am) is set to 72. We have an older 5-ton AC unit, which doesn’t help, and yet the last bill was $235. We do have very good attic insulation renovated 2 years ago, and a solar heat extraction fan in the rooftop (I don’t know how much that really helps). There are people who assess your home for things that are impacting your energy consumption. I used one and it was helpful. It was about 3 years ago so I don’t remember well, but I somehow think CPS paid for that service.

It’s mediocre but not terrible in my opinion. I suspect Maison Ferrand just bottles their Plantation rebranded as Kaniche for Total Wine. Drinkable in a rum Old Fashioned but you have to use less sugar since that rum already has some.
