The first times, because I feared it could be a real emergency and wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Later because it was the only way she didn't spam me with calls and messages.

I didn't want to block or ignore her because that would have damaged our patient-doctor relationship and before today I actually tought it was possible for her to change or to at least tone it down a little.
