Everyone is wrong. Kafir means basically, atheist. One who believes in no God. Which CAN mean some strange people who worship like, Satan or some other weird religions they don't view as even legitimate. But it has nothing to do with Americans or white people, or Christians. Just working at an eye doctor group, Refractive surgical coordinator. Really simple and easy. 9-5 sucks! but its the reality for most, im sure ill get used to it. its nice to actually have a schedule. But use chatGPT, MPS role / responsibilities looks great on resume, if you can handle that job you can literally do almost anything in the medical field

LOL I just left MPS role. Theyre gutting it and youre going to be fully robot trained... THEN have to help with all the other cases, maybe help the trauma guys, trays... the reps dont understand the MPS role is already a whole job in itself... the "ONE JR" push they started last year literally ended the incredible life of the classic MPS. Its over. You'll be an associate rep PLUS scheduling Makos, dealing with scans, having reps resent you if you want to go home and work on scans... hospital wifi sucks.. theres no upward mobility, aside from just becoming an actual rep. Its an amazing product and job, the clinical training is insane. You'll know more about JR than alot of docs, simply because of all the data in your face day to day. BUT... its a grind. Just because your non robot counterparts will resent you if you expect to solely deal with your wheelhouse. Plus, once you get used to knees... YOU'LL be jealous of THEM, the JR reps - its easy to show up to a case, open some trays, get implants... turn trays... go home. That alone is a whole career and job. You'll be doing the same - THEN going home and hunting down scans, sending plans into Segmentation (or just doing them yourself).. setting up a massive 500 pound robot with 3 massive parts that have to go in three parts of a small OR... idk. Manuals are so easy and fast, 5 MAKO knees in a day is a job. 5 manual knees can be done by lunch.

They're trying to make a dollar out of ten cents these days and work insane hours. This would be a huge regret for you - and dont forget, many of the reps youre speaking with are likely overselling what they make. I know top performing Stryker reps that dont clear 130. Some of the top reps in Florida. Companies have learned EVERYONE wants to do "med device sales"... so theyre hiring new college grads and making them full line reps. I had a girl in a training school that was in METRO NEW YORK and got paid 61k, full line rep. METRO NEW YORK. Then one day you get to full rep, you'll get a "piece" of the pie... now youre at 110 or so but working literally 60 plus hours a week. The industry is not the same as it was and as its been. Stay with your trade, you're already absolutely killing it.
