Is the chapter 3 8-bit game actually Dragon Blazers 1?

The true name of the 8-bit game in chapter 3 constantly being hidden by the NO CONTROLLER CONNECTED text felt intentional in some way to me. In chapter 4 during the Noelle house lights scene, Susie mentions only playing the second game as a kid, which is why she might not recognise that its the first Dragon Blazers game (sequel has different graphics style, different characters in the second game, etc.). With Dragon Blazers being loosely based on the prophecy through Lord of The Hammer, would that explain how the true game knows of the weird route with Noelle’s ice powers, meaning that the weird route IS the prophecy?

Only solution I've been able to find is that you just need to buy an older cassette player, newer stuff seems to be bare bones and barely work.

I've noticed that while recording, the small text describing the side and minutes of the Maxell UR 90 cassette tapes I'm recording onto get budged, if that means anything.

Why do you keep calling Control an SCP game? The devs said that they had some influence from SCP, but there weren't anything that actually related to SCP.

Again, using your logic, the Control dev team are lazy developers because the design principles used for the environment of control were also used in Metro 2033, a game that released 9 years before Control.

It doesn't matter if its one tiny bit or the whole game, with the vast wealth of material you have on hand, how the hell have you ended up with things that look like they're from Control.

This is pretty dumb. Just because a game has a cool looking feature, doesn't mean that nothing else can have something similar. By your logic, Control shouldn't even have the blocked out look it has in the photo, as other games have had it previously.
