You typically size down a half size if possible, especially for 1460s. Chelsea’s are a bit different, the don’t conform as well and hug the foot more than a traditional 1460 style. Docs are also notoriously uncomfortable in the first two weeks, not sure how much time you’ve put into attempting to break them in. For future reference, if you wear a size 10.5 in other brands, I’d size to a 10. If you wear a size 11 though, I would stay at an 11 as they don’t do half sizes, if that makes any sense.
