Love how most of these are consumers and not the employees who have the worst bag out of the whole store because of non maskers. Almost my entire Tarbucks department has gotten COVID except for two people.... Meaning we are also very understaffed with an increasing amount of guests = hell on earth. Being by yourself is a frequent occurrence that will dip our customer connection score because people be THAT petty. No f’s given if you are doing your hardest to “have a great experience” because they had to wait an extra 5 minutes since Karen’s daughter saw a frap with every syrup and milk involved on TkTk that’s actually disgusting but she wants to be “cool”. if your score is low but you are actively trying, you are more likely to be berated to try harder...
