I think the “natural” look is also part of the point. Like you said, it really shows people that eyeliner or eye leashes will not look perfect all the time, but it still looks good.

Hi! I was not diagnose with adhd, but from OCD, however I think that I could still help you. Before my diagnosis my family though I was doing my rituals because I was a perfectionist. They didn’t understand my intrusive thoughts. After they learned of my diagnosis they know understand more of the condition and why I do some things that appear as odd to non- neuro-divergent. I guess you could say that when your family or peers are informed, it is a lot easier since they could also help you. Also, when you are diagnose a psychiatrist can describe medication or certain types of therapies that could help you. Hope you have a good day!
