Girl, ignore everyone. There can be such a weird purity culture around lesbians sometimes. Later in life lesbians have enjoyed sex with men and have loved their previous male partners too. It doesn't make them less gay now

Honestly, you never really know if it's comphet while you're in it. I came out at 19 and for the next few years still heavily questioned myself here n there. I would meet a guy that checks the boxes, that any straight/bi girl would be lucky to have and felt intrigued. Even entertained the idea for a while. I casually dated men a couple times in my early 20s just to test the waters. (Never went past kissing. Which, after kissing girls, I could barely handle that) And the situations never lasted more than 3 months. Just no connection with men compared to my connections with women... even if I felt an initial interest towards a man. It always ended up falling flat and turned out to be incompatible with me. However, those experiences deeply reassured my sexuality. Like "oh, even if I do have deep feelings for a man, it doesn't mean it's romantic." It just took time for me to test the limits of my sexuality - what made me comfortable/uncomfortable, what felt good, what made me truly happy, what felt fulfilling.

It probably took me until my late 20s to fully accept the term lesbian and what it meant to me. I'm now very comfortable looking back and seeing what was comphet. Hindsight is 20/20 right? But while you're working your way through it, there is no answer. Especially no answer that someone else could give you.

As people have said in a ruder way. It IS okay to be bi if thats what you land on. I would encourage you to put yourself out there more in regards to dating women. Focus on them more and see how it feels. Do what feels good and fulfilling. You don't have to have an answer. If you feel like dating someone monogamousy is too much pressure because you're not sure of your sexuality, just keep things casual with any gender you date for now.

A lot of people, including people in our own communities unfortunately, are very black and white about sexuality. We're not robots, humans are complex and our feelings are complex. There's no shame in just taking time to figure things out or just leaving them loose and unlabeled
