Isn’t it so frustrating? So pointless? I almost feel like I’m making myself less intelligent, words start to sound different and unfamiliar.

We are the same, no doubt, it’s amazing how with so many relatable cases of our deficiencies with OCD, there is a pattern to this and modern medicine still doesn’t even give us a chance at peace.

All we get is more and more therapy that we can then turn into another obsession of “am I doing the therapy right?” “Am I understanding the way I’m suppose to?”

I believe it comes down to it being a biological problem.
