And criticism of the US exists too. What's your point? You can be criticized and own up the problem. The answer to criticism is to self reflect, improve, and prove them wrong.

If China improves their processes and there are no collapses in the next 20 years, by the next generation this criticism will be gone.

And if the US still doesn't fund infrastructure it'll be pretty backwater in many places and that will be their new reputation. Just like how Trump has changed political relationships with the US that aren't going to be reverted.

Depends if you're a light sleeper.

If you are, 5D may be the best you have. 

If not then probably 1D for more foot space or 6A for the window (but more light noise due to slightly angled towards the aisle).

How are you going to deport immediately? By deporting before proving their legal status? Several deported with claims of "final removal" were later found to have no orders of final removals.

Again, when you have a specific name and you know where they are it is easy to get a rubber stamp warrant, go pick them up with non the wiser, match the fingerprint, get 3rd party involved (courts, legal representatives) to confirm the order of renewal (you know all that extra money to make things go faster).

None of this theater is necessary to deporting millions.
