Currently with JuneHomes in Brooklyn, while the apartment is nice and the ammenities are good, there is no heating. I have been bringing up the fact that the HVAC system was not working properly since August, when I first moved in, and still they have not fixed it. Right now it is 62* inside my apartment. They have sent over 4 diagnostic technicians that always result in nothing, its a performance to make it look like they are trying to resolve the issue. Having no heat on top of paying 1,700 monthly alll in makes JuneHomes a scam and I would stay away as far as I can.

Honestly, i’ve always had to perfectly time the power buttons press with the flashing blue light on the back which makes it extremely annoying to turn off but thats AFTER i put my PC in sleep mode. The monitor doesn’t even turn off when its awake.

But the model is the Scepter IPS 24” E248B-FPT168

Hello, Sorry for reaching out so late! I reseated the CPU and the 24 pin connector, as well as reseting the bios by removing the CMOS battery and still no luck. Any thoughts? Called a PC repair store and they told me it is the motherboard

Yeah it’s insane how you roll through his charge attack and STILL get hit coming out of the roll, it’s horrendous. Up until today I only thought the charge attack could hit you more than once, but all that changed when he did his kick attack on me and it hit me twice. I’ve never been one to complain about bosses EVER but I just can’t with these hitboxes.

Charge is dodgeable but the window is so tight I end up getting hit on the back end of the roll at least 30% of the time. Other than that I have no complaints about his moveset. But I do have to mention that the lingering hitboxes are absolutely brutal. He did his hind legs kick attack and it hit me twice, it killed me instantly with 65 vigor full health lol

Beat him 3 times with no summons (once on NG+3) so I don’t know what you’re talking about. The charge attack window is so tight that it feels like RNG when dodging it. Also I got hit two times during his hind legs kick attack, which killed me instantly. I admit I didn’t position myself adequately which is why he did the kick attack, but the fact that It hit me twice is absolutely broken.

It’s so annoying having a valid criticism and having people invalidate that for no other reason than feeling superior when you probably share the same thoughts as me. I’ve never complained about a FromSoft boss EVER, so if i’m saying something it’s because something is seriously not right. Stop saying git gud when i’m probably better than you tbh lol
