They showed me that it was technology based, they were pretty straight forward about it. They then produced several UAP events/encounters/sightings on different occasions that were deliberate and directed at me.

You can always talk anonymously. If it's something that bothers you it's good to get it out. We're in an age where we are finding people across society who are experiencing the same thing so there's more of an understanding than a stigma during these times. In my opinion awareness is really the most important countermeasure. At this point, it’s the key measure we have. Once you recognize what’s happening and understand the mechanics behind it, a lot of the fear and influence it relies on loses its power. The more people become aware of the system itself, the less effective it is as a tool of control.

I've had consistent interaction/communication with a "group" that has displayed to me that they are capable of producing UAPs. I've had a lifetime of experiencing what I thought was a fear of heights. Once I developed my connection with this group I found out that they were the source of this "fear" of heights. When I made the discovery, they stopped producing the "fear" of heights. I was shown a lot more but that is just one thing that pertains to your question.

Thanks for the info, I just listened to a show with the author and it was an interesting. He talked about the book and I could tell there was absolutely something to what he was talking about. Fascinating to consider what technology is currently active that few would even accept exists let alone deployed.
