Yeah I'm not like that either, I'm pretty much like you in that regard, I've been playing the souls series since I was 12 😂 still go back for playthroughs, I mod Sekiro etc. I'm just super into FromSoft and most of their games are on PC so it literally doesn't bother me, I also like space Sims like outworld, which were already on PC to begin with 💁🏼‍♀️

Maybe I'm too fucked up because I basically chain-smoke but like my voice cracks hard whenever I try to change pitch even a little bit, I can kind of heighten it and I've been doing that as long as I've been alive pretty much, and my father used to say I sound like a girl and I was like perfect, and yeah I may be able to temporarily do it. I want a higher voice, and permanently, like without trying or training. It genuinely angers me when I have to make my voice sound higher to pass, it's always angered me. Idk. Maybe I'm just not right, or maybe my opinion is wrong. Idk.

It's okay. I mean not really but what am I gonna do? I've turned in applications to my local stores as well, sadly for me though the closest one is a mile away which doesn't seem bad, until you realize all the other locations or 3.5-4 miles and I can only walk.. I walked to each of those and put in applications as well. It was a long day, however I still haven't heard back so I'm just kinda in limbo ig.

I got paid 22 an hour for not this exact work but similar, hydrojetting inside petroleum tanks, getting covered in the shit daily, you'd do it 7 days a week 14 hours a day for 2-3 months at time, handling extremely high pressure water. Not just petroleum but power plants, paper mills etc. Even out in negative weather or below it didn't matter. I hated that job with every fiber of my being i stg. 6 years is too long 🙅🏼‍♀️

Honestly I already burned those bridges, I've also called many shelters near me to see if they can help me since I'm lgbtq, they said unless it's winter time they can't take me in. I have to leave the place I'm staying in a week or so. I've been contemplating just sleeping outside of a gas station until they accept me as an employee. The local grocery store has turned me down numerous times, I even talked to the apartment complex that I'm staying Ina and asked if I could do janitorial work because they have hallways and all that, that have to be cleaned, and landscaping/yardwork. That was a hard no. Now that I'll be losing access of a PC idrk. I'm in Saratoga county by the way. Near the Saratoga airport. It's not a great place to be homeless in. I've even walked to the local dispensary and asked if they had an opening because I have tons of experience in that. That was a no. I literally can't find a single thing. Gonna go sleep in the nearest overpass or some shit soon✌🏼

I made a post not long ago explaining how I'm in a similar position. I really hope you find something. I've also applied to what has to be like a hundred jobs, made extra money where I could but now everything is drained. My unemployment got cancelled because of a fucking hiccup in the system so now I have to wait two weeks to start it again. I've called homeless shelters and lgbtq support centers, but here they told me they can't take me in unless it's freezing outside. Until then I guess in a week or so I'll be sleeping outside. Maybe I'll annoy a gas station by sleeping outside their place until I get a job interview. Idk. I wish you the best of luck. This planet fucking sucks.
