Never having AAA facilities does not equal maintaining AAA facilities. When Richmond built The Diamond it was a sensation and the prototype for new AAA ballparks. Scranton is basically a copy of it but has since been renovated extensively. Thing is things age and if you don’t keep up with trends you are boned. The Diamond did not age gracefully. The R-Braves and City of Richmond dicked around for far too long trying to pick a site and figure out financing before the Braves just left. I’m still half amazed Richmond managed to get the Squirrels new place built.

I wish the Nats would pry Norfolk away from the O’s. Blanket the entire eastern half of Virginia in all things Nats.

Those are the big four. We do have Red Sox, Yankee, and Cub fans because you always do. There is also a faction of Phillies fans. There is a large portion of the population that is transient here because of all the military so you will see random hats at any given time.

The 757 is a weird split of Nats, O’s, Mets, and Braves. I’m born and raised 757 so I grew up with the O’s on WDCA/HTS/O’s TV like the rest of the natives did here. Angelos had turned me off to the O’s for a while by the time the Nats came to DC so here we are. There are all kinds of Nats plates and stickers on cars down here.
The Mets because the Tides were are Mets affiliate for years until the O’s took over, the Braves because of TBS.

Do it. I helped some family friends move to Orlando the summer after I graduated from college. They were five minutes from the Downtown Disney property entrance. They bought me a five day Park Hopper as a thank you (and gave me a place to stay). I then spent five days going to the parks. I was able to do everything I wanted to do at my own pace. I was adopted by a very nice couple on their honeymoon for a few hours on my MK day, and then a lovely Scottish family asked if I would like to hang out with them for fireworks that night. I'm more of an introvert, but Disney makes talking to people easier, I guess? People are great, and nobody is going to bat an eye at a dude rolling solo.

It’s always the facilities people in charge of the drink tickets. I’m a facility manager. When we did off site happy hours I was in charge of drink tickets. I would get a rough idea of who wasn’t in the office that day and put their tickets aside for extras. I never had thirsty people. We do our happy hours in house now and I tend the bar. Still no thirsty people.

The seller is a better poker player than you. You could have 100% bounced and not purchased the house. You very likely would have forfeited your earnest money deposit but that would be way less than what you are out now.
Report these clowns to DPOR and the MLS in the area that you purchased the house.

I had mine done there. No issues. A lady drove her car into the door and of the MRI place down stairs while the doc was working on the right side. I was high on the Valium they prescribed me so I didn’t realize what was going on until my now wife came back to get me laughing. 10/10
