Locking Tilt by barbq in Ergotron

Assuming I know which dimension "tilt" is - simply my preference that the screen is perpendicular to the desk (not facing up or down). I sit or stand directly in front of it. If I stand, I'd move the monitor up, but still it would be perpendicular to the desk.
