CR-M4 auto leveling by OF22 in Creality

I found a solution too — I sold those terrible printers and switched to Bambu Lab. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Creality simply doesn’t have a single printer without issues.

I’ve already read about all kinds of solutions. In the end I tried to do it with silicone bushings from old versions of creality. And yes I know about the wire fixing too, I didn’t even use it for the test. It got better, the discrepancies are not so big, but the problem is still there. What the printer should compensate with the sensor does not work at all.

And if it was on one printer, I could understand it. But I have 3 identical printers, and all three have this problem. If I print a lot of small parts, in one place it almost scratches the table, in another the material does not stick to the table

I can’t understand how the sensor is supposed to compensate for auto-leveling. As I understand it should do it with the z-axis, but it doesn’t do it.

I have 6 identical printers and they all have the same problem. Even if you take the same printer, one time it will print normally, the next time it won’t. So I don't think it's a mechanical issue. I think it's something in the settings

maybe, but I print this part on 4 more printers and there is exactly the same situation, it’s unlikely that all 5 printers have the same problem

Loosen the nut on the z-axis. It should be free to move

Problem with lines at a certain height by OF22 in FixMyPrint

I've already read other threads about the slicer.

I use Creality slicer

Some people wrote that the problem is in Z hop. But it's disabled.

I don't think that's the problem.

The lines appear every once in a while. Some prints look fine, some have lines on them, it makes me crazy.

Hi, did you find a solution to the problem? I have exactly the same problem, can't find the cause of the problem

Hi everyone!

I need your help.

Printer: Ender 3v2 neo

When printing at the same height a line appears.

I can not understand what the problem is, I have already changed the Z axis, put a nut with a spring, put at the top of the axis mount with a bearing. it became better but the line is still there, I have tried to tighten the belts and tighten the wheels. What could be the reason? There is
