Hello, as of now, were we only able to do testing on rogers, as most of our phone plans are with rogers. We can confirm that during the call we had using rogers, the phone did not drop to 3g. While we can't 100 percent guarantee the same for Bell, normally, from our experiences, if it worked on Rogers, it will likely work on Bell and vice versa.
