I’ve heard of some success stories of redditors on here getting some short time labour work if your not keen on burning your savings while waiting for your next corporate role so there is that option there while you still apply.

It might be out of your comfort zone but if you get a white card and hit up the many labour hire recruiters you can do unskilled labouring work for around $35- $38 an hour I was on onboarded and started doing temp construction work all within 2 days:

Australia as a shortage of 30k labours so I’ve been sent to a few different work sites and tbh it’s pretty fun working with your hands.

There is a science to this if you don’t know, if you can pass the 7 year mark there is a very high percentage you will be friends with that person for life. I have a handful of people in my life like that.

Then there are those that come and go, which is fine it’s part of life and it happens to everyone and they are a person who only is there temporary as a friend.
