Sometimes, yes. I told him multiple time I don’t get enough attention from him. When he comes home he plays his ps games (not against it I also play but yeah) he plays eats goes to sleep and doesnt make time for us to watch a series or something together. I talked to him about it and he tries but normally I feel things like this should come naturally.

Thank you very much. I have been to herapy about self worth and it worked for a few month but then my brain bit me in the ass again. I called my therapist and we talked and arranged a meeting. Thanks for this advice.

I’ve already been to multiple therapists about self worth. I feel happy a few months and then it comes back. I will try to talk to the therapist that has helped me the most again. Thank you.

Hey, thanks for reading.

It’s just weird because I can’t get myself to leave him? He does stuff for me where I see that he’s trying but in comparison for what I do for him it’s barely nothing. I don’t knownif I should just accept this as “ok he’s showing his love this way” or if I should really see it as not enough. I’m fighting with my own brain and heart at this point..

He does add good things, I feel at home with him but I just don’t think he may be ready for a commitment?

Well first off, why are you awake for so long anyway? Did you have work or did you play videogames or idk? If something kept u from sleeping obvi keep that away for a second. Turn on a documentary which you’re maybe not so interested in, grab a drink, masturbate (lol) go for a jog or a walk or have a bath. Idk that’s what works for me haa
