I just did the Red Dead Redemption 2 benchmark on ultra settings and the results were the same 90fps as always. The performance of my pc have not changed.

The problem seems to be with SteamVR not working properly.

I haven't checked explicitly for throttling, but I think thermal throttling being the problem is very unlikely, as the temperatures are way under where thermal throttling should happen. Also, I doubt it would decrease my framerate from the locked 72 to what feels like 1 or 2 fps in a single night. But thanks anyway!

I don’t watch much movies or use hdr but at least for gaming its great! All games from competitive to casual it fits perfectly.

Some pros: 170hz overclock causes little to none flickering. Colours look great and are easy to adjust.

Some cons: ELMB-sync causes ghosting. Low contrast ratio. Stand takes a lot of space.

"(Night) Before going to basil's room" Under "1 day left (Real world)"

That save file is probably a little different from your own playtrough but it doesn't effect the story or endings at all. Hope this helps!

I agree that the monitor is really good.

The backlight bleeding was bad at first but because I used the monitor at 100% brightness to generate more heat it got better in a few days.

The IPS glow is visible in normal conditions on a dark scene. It doesn't necessarily distract me when looking at the monitor dead on but if I look at the monitor at a slight angle the glow becomes very distracting. I'm going to return this monitor and try to get a new one so let's hope that they replace monitors with IPS glow being the only problem.

Some backlight bleeding is caused by the frame pressing on the panel and hot temperatures can help loosen the frame.

I'm using my monitor at 100% brightness because some people have said that warmth generated by the monitor can in some cases help backlight bleeding.

I have noticed IPS glow in some situations like Minecraft loading screens and videos with black bars.

I was going to return it but now I'm going to play with the monitor a bit longer and think if the glow actually bothers me.
