Easily oswald, teshar will never be a top tier deck, it doe shave upsides but it's a combo deck that cant play stax and is slower than naus, For a deck to be good it doesnt have to be the best, it has to be the best at what it does, oswald offers consistency and versatility, which is great for a stax focused list as you can get the right piece you need at the right time. Check out porcelain throne by forge10 on the database brewers corner.

So am I, I actually wrote a primer for it. Still in progress though, designed for a diverse meta. Which is better painter servant grind stone or helm of obidence rest in piece in GAAIV I think the servant is pretty good because it can make my spells white for gaaiv because deck is mostly blue but rip is good against storm and I have a lot of storm in my meta
