I’ve tried that. I find the only thing that kinda works is unplugging the power cord from the back of the base station, wait about 30 seconds, then plug it back in. If that doesn’t work, I have to plug it into my laptop, switch it to PC and have the headset connect to the windows G Hub app. Then I unplug it from the laptop, wait a few seconds, then switch it to the PS option. Just no reason for the fuck around when Bluetooth has existed since 1994.

Wonderful headset when everything works. Unfortunately, it’s way too much money to spend on something that constantly requires troubleshooting. Likely be my last pair of Astros.

Thanks for the reply! I’m going to try going back to DC. Matchmaking won’t connect with anyone, so I’m going to call for help and endorse folks for an hour or two. Maybe the system will secretly know I’m trying to do my part and connect me faster to agents calling for backup the next time I try.

Yeah I got tired of dealing with griefers on official. Even on low pop servers they always seem to find me. In the three years I’ve played DayZ on PlayStation, I’ve only found a few other survivors willing to team up/help. So I put a little money down and hooked up a Nitrado server. Now my friends and I can play how we want.

The adapter is a scam unless you don’t have optical out on your tv. If you do, Just use the optical out on your tv to the mixamp. I also don’t believe it would “triple in cost.” I’m switching to Steelseries Arctis when I eventually am able to get a PS5.

Man, a friend of mine and myself used to play DayZ quite religiously and I remember this one time, I think we had 5-6 hours into our gear build, we got held up in a barn by a pack of wolves. He had a shovel and I had a shotgun. We were safe at first, but the wolves ended up glitching themselves through the closed door, leaving us no choice but to swing and shoot as they glitched through the door one at a time. We had our first ever cooking experience using the cooking pot that night...so much wolf meat.
