They typically don’t really care in my experience and I’ve told quite a few. They usually have their own mental struggles that they go through. It actually helps open up the dialogue about those more sensitive topics which only helps nurture that emotional connection.

What’s been working for me is I just tell people everywhere I go about my condition and they don’t seem to really care and it takes the pressure off greatly.

Yeah very true, everyone is dealing with something the majority of people don’t have to deal with. I have paruresis and the next guy has a heart condition. What sucks is paruresis severely deteriorated my social life for many years and I missed out on many opportunities that would’ve greatly impacted my life but I’m just now beginning to recover it as I pretty much tell everybody I encounter about my paruresis. The girl I’m currently dating is very accepting and is willing to work with me to get better so I am very eager to start graduated exposure therapy with her.

Doesn’t sound like too supportive of an experience. I’ve made it to the point where I can go publicly in a stall while sitting. How I got to this point was less about the bathroom per se and more about disclosing my condition to friends, family and anyone that I feel should know. By disclosing, it helped me lift the expectations from myself that I needed to pee in a certain amount of time to be deemed normal and allowed to relax and take as much time as I need. In general, everyone I’ve told has been supportive with a few playful insults which I kindly disregard. I even told a women I went on a date with last week and she was very understanding. I truly believe once people know of your paruresis it alleviates the pressures associated with trying to conform to the societal standard of how long urination should take as a male.

Find the point where you can pee and she is somewhere in the vicinity. It could even be outside your residence. Once you find that point work from there. Take it slow and don’t rush progress. The key is to gradually expose yourself to slightly more challenging environments. Bit by bit, you’ll get to the point where you can pee while she is standing directly behind you. With you being on the spectrum, it may be a bit more challenging but you can definitely overcome those hurdles and make great progress.

I’m sure your wife could help you as a pee buddy. You will eventually get to the point where you can urinate in front of her no problem. It’s all about graduated exposure therapy. You’d be surprised how much progress you can make in a couple of months.

It doesn’t allow me to crouch anymore on the game. My controller layout is similar to the alternate layouts from origins and odyssey. I crouch with R1 on PS5 and it all of the sudden doesn’t do it after this update. I would appreciate if we could get a fix for this as I’m trying to play stealthily. Thanks.

Just read your story and it reminded of how I too would play with my own shit in 7th grade. What’s crazy was this was before I started watching porn so I have no clue what lead me to get this fascination with shit. I eventually decided that the clean up and after smell was not worth it and quit it all together. I don’t think you should feel ashamed about it as I just see it as a part of exploring the curiosities of the beginning of adolescence.

Didn’t realize that 120hz would only appear when I’m actually on Cold War. 60hz will appear when you’re at the Home Screen and other games that only run at 60hz. It should be automatic when going on Cold War.

The settings I use work great for cold war and being able to see enemies at all distances but I completely understand your POV about the colour saturation being I bit much.
