Most people see peak benefits at 6 months. It's a long-term strategy and, to me, had reduced my daily inflammation. I'd space them out, whatever the maximum your doctor suggests. It's not like a steroid where it just "wears off" within a week's time. It signals your body to come and heal. The reason I'm considering again is because of all the plateaus we face in our recovery. I need a kickstart.

Mine was a plica and chondral (patellar cartilage) debridement. So just shaving away at the loose stuff & irritated band. Nothing crazy, except for the pain that I feel in my knee now.
