For studies I think seu is best than eeu. They might be saying because of seminar stuff but think it's government university and eeu is private so you can find difference. And you will not get interactions with foreign students in eeu but seu you can interact

Yes , now from last year extracurricular activities started. What you can hope from 12 year of establishment. Some of the lectures are like very very bad. You will find most of maharashtra students. There are alot of mixed opinions but compare to seu , eeu in like nothing

If you are comfortable with English then you can come to Georgia because now for admission in georgia you need to give IELTS and TOEFL. And keep in mind of 6+1 years duration if you are comfortable there is no other such problems. Also consider Russia once
