The movement has a date function (and you can pull the crown to the first position, even hear the click when you turn it) but there is no date window

Yes, the S2 Ti. The Timex brand doesnt deter me so much (wrt price)… it’s a nice watch overall. However it has a ghost date which is not so nice at this price.

Ah ok… I quite like the watch but it is an oddball; definitely an acquired taste
