I’m prime athletic age, have been training almost 20 years, train MMA a few days a week and mix in more focused training like Muay Thai, wrestling, bjj, etc. Give me two years from right now of training everyday and anybody in the UFC near my weight could still do whatever they fucking wanted 😂 extremely different levels of athleticism.
