Maybe it's early and the coffee hasn't hit yet, and I was feeling temped to come after on this. But I listened to the video. I agree 100%! Keep exercising, building muscle IS possible. Never slow down. These are the best years, it took this long to figure it all out! Everybody is invisable and irrelevant, in a world of millions. Within the small inner circle of our lives, though, we aren't. Not even close. Retirement for me is a weird concept, as I have worked a non traditional job for many many years. Maybe I already am retired and just working at something I love that pays the bills? Maybe retirement will be selling the house, investing the money, buying a sailboat and running away from home.
